MEPCO has been manufacturing and marketing pans throughout the world for over 40 years.

These pans are metal packaging used for make-up products such as:

• powder compacts,
• blushers,
• eyeshadows,
• creams.

The company transforms around 800 metric tons of pre-coated metal raw materials each year, mainly comprising:

• varnished galvanised steel,
• tin plate,
• varnished aluminium.

MEPCO increasingly recommends the use of varnished galvanised steel, a metal material that best meets the needs of primary packaging.

Pans are made by drawing various metals.

In line with the numerous standards set out by the cosmetics industry, particularly in terms of food contact and REACH European legislation, MEPCO adheres to extremely strict specifications when sourcing its metals.

Particular attention is paid to selecting its raw materials. The level of quality provides an optimized regularity to meet the requirements of the pans as primary packaging.

The quality control department checks raw materials in advance, in terms of appearance and durability.

Pans are therefore produced in line with the tolerances indicated in the specifications for each pan.

The pans are systematically checked during manufacturing and drawing with a traceability sheet accompanying each order.

The quality control department checks the finished products, in terms of appearance and dimensions.

Each of our production lines is equipped with a pan washing station and a deionisation/blowing system.
